Family law

We advise on complex family and civil law issues with significant business and cross-border components, including asset protection strategies in the context of marriage and divorce, mitigation of corporate and personal risks if one spouse faces claims or liability, divorce proceedings, division of marital property, and challenges to marital agreements, drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and asset division agreements, arrangements concerning children’s residence, custody, and access.

Succession planning

We advise on succession planning for multi-jurisdictional assets and family businesses, including preparation and implementing wills and succession instruments, ensuring continuity and stability after succession, balancing the rights and expectations of heirs in line with the founder’s intentions.

We represent heirs and beneficiaries before notaries, banks, authorities, and courts, including in foreign jurisdictions, and help resolve inheritance and related corporate disputes.

We also adjust corporate documentation, shareholder arrangements, and governance structures to reflect the succession plan and reduce the risk of future corporate conflicts.

Criminal Law and Extradition

We advise and represent private clients in criminal law and criminal procedure matters in Russia and abroad, primarily in cases involving alleged economic and financial crimes (fraud, embezzlement, abuse of powers, corruption offences, money laundering, and related matters), asset tracing and seizure and extradition requests and related issues. Our goal is to provide discreet, robust protection of our clients’ rights, reputation, and freedom.
