Consent to Personal Data Processing

By completing and submitting the “Send” and “Contact Us” webforms in the Contacts and News sections (the “Webforms”) of https://asari.legal/, I grant to Asari Legal, a Moscow-based law firmhaving its registered office at Room 40, Office I, Floor 5, 2 Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 127051 Moscow (taxpayer identification number (INN) 9702016216, principal state registration number (OGRN) 9702016216), this consent to the processing of my personal data (the “Consent”) on the following terms:

1. The Operator is authorised to process personal data (“PD”) for the following purposes:
   1.1. To improve and enhance its activities, specifically:
   -to effectively communicate with interested parties by providing information support and sending notifications; processing and addressing incoming questions and informational materials of any kind; ensuring effective technical support for users in case of problems or incidents, and managing the quality and efficiency of user interactions
   — to implement, analyse, manage, enhance, and develop secure and efficient interaction with website users/visitors (in particular, by preventing illegal or unauthorised actions and fraud and ensuring information security); to personalise the user experience by providing tailored services, functions, features, and offers; to provide efficient troubleshooting in case of incidents
   1.2. To ensure security, including the security of assets and the protection of natural persons against illegal actions, and to properly document alleged security breaches
   
   
2. The Operator is authorised to collect, record, categorise, accumulate, retain, update (revise or modify), extract, use, share (by providing access to), block, and destroy, using both automatic and manual methods, the following PD:
   2.1. last name, first name, and patronymic;
   2.2. contact details;
   2.3. сexpressions of opinion and survey data;
   2.4. job title, corporate division, and current employer.
   
   
3. To achieve the above purposes, the Operator may share PD with the following third parties (for outsourcing or otherwise) as required by contracts/agreements between the Operator and such third parties and/or by applicable law:
   3.1. in cases provided for by law, persons authorised to receive PD to the extent necessary to perform and carry out their functions, powers, and duties,
   3.2. persons to whom the Operator may assign and/or transfer its rights and/or obligations with respect to the stated purposes,
   3.3. the Operator’s successors/investors and/or affiliates, if the Operator and/or its affiliates are involved in corporate reorganisations, mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, or disposals,
   3.4. кthe Operator’s vendors whose products, works, or services are necessary to achieve the stated purpose.
   
   
4. Messages sent in response to special forms I complete or requests I submit may be delivered using my contact details by email, text message (SMS), or voice call.
   
   
5. This Consent is valid for five years after it has been granted, unless the stated purpose is achieved earlier or is no longer required, unless a different term is required by applicable law or my agreement with the Operator.
   
   
6. By contacting the Operator, I have the right at any time to:
   6.1. receive complete information about my PD processing;
   6.2. access my PD and have it updated, blocked, or destroyed as provided for under Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2005 “On Personal Data”, or;
   6.3. withdraw my Consent, in whole or in part, and/or request the cessation of my PD processing.
   
   
7. I can opt out of granting my consent by leaving the “I consent to my PD processing” box unchecked. I understand and acknowledge that, if I choose to withhold my Consent, I will not be able to use the Webforms to contact the Operator.
   
   
8. I have the right to withdraw this Consent, in whole or in part, by contacting the Operator by mail. I understand and acknowledge that full or partial withdrawal of my Consent or cessation of my PD processing at my request may prevent the Operator from reviewing or responding to my previous submission. If my Consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue to process my PD if required under applicable law.
   
   
9. By submitting the PD of another person (the “PD Subject”) to the Operator via the Webforms, I represent and warrant that such submission is lawful and that I have duly notified the PD Subject of the transfer of their PD to the Operator. Within five (5) business days after the Operator’s request, I agree to provide documents and/or other proof of such lawfulness and notification.
