Asari Legal represents ASTOR Group in a transaction with Rostelecom Group
Asari Legal’s Corporate team provided legal support for the establishment of a joint venture and the sale of a stake in Astor Tech, a Russian developer of IT solutions for the retail sector.
The buyer and JV partner of Astor was Rostelecom, Russia’s major digital services and solutions provider, which executed the transaction through its venture fund.
