Asari Legal Collaborates with the RFBA for a Series of Masterclasses on International Arbitration
On 19 August, Svetlana Volodina, President of the Russian Federal Bar Association, met with Dmitry Kaysin, Partner and Co-head of Asari Legal’s Dispute Resolution practice and associate professor at HSE University.
Ms Volodina and Mr Kaysin discussed how to help the legal community sharpen their professional skills in international arbitration and agreed to organise a series of masterclasses featuring lawyers from Asari Legal.
Planned topics:
- fundamentals of international arbitration as a form of dispute resolution;
- specifics of Russian lawyers’ participation in international arbitration proceedings, including under the impact of sanctions;
- arbitration centres and seats of arbitration most frequently sought by Russian participants.
