Vasily Bakumenko has over nine years of experience in international arbitration, as well as Russian and cross-border litigation, including insolvency (bankruptcy) disputes. He has represented clients in ICC, SIAC, SCC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, SAC, and ICAC arbitrations, including disputes complicated by sanctions-related issues. Vladislav Viryasov focuses on representing clients in cross-border court and arbitration proceedings. He also has extensive experience advising on strategies to challenge sanctions, other restrictive measures, and asset freezes, and conducting complex investigations. Alen Martirosyan’s experience spans cross-border disputes in state courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as Russian litigation (including commercial, corporate, construction, and real estate matters) and bankruptcy. Alen also advises on sanctions and strategies to unfreeze assets, and has experience conducting investigations. Evgeniya Neverova has more than 14 years of experience in public and private international law, sanctions disputes, as well as international commercial and investment arbitration. She also advises clients on defamation and reputation recovery matters.
