Asari Legal project named among the top M&A deals of 2026 by Kommersant
Kommersant Publishing House has published a special ranking of M&A deals completed in January – October 2026, highlighting the most significant transactions for the Russian market. The sale of the Avto.ru group to T-Technologies, in which we represented Yandex as the seller, features prominently on the Deals of the Year list.
