Asari Legal advises on a RUB 100 billion syndicated loan for Gazprom Neft
Asari Legal has acted as legal counsel to a Russian bank that serves as arranger, facility agent, and one of the original lenders, as well as to other participating lenders, in connection with the provision of a RUB 100 billion multi-currency syndicated loan to PJSC Gazprom Neft for general corporate purposes.
Asari Legal advised the lenders on all aspects of the financing. The project was led by Partners Alexander Geda and Alexander Borgoyakov, with the core team headed by Senior Associate Egor Chubov. The team also included Associates Valeria Dzyubanova and Regina Abdulgafarova, as well as Junior Associate Nikita Shevelev.
