Dmitry Kaysin<\/a>, partner and co-head of Asari Legal\u2019s Dispute Resolution Practice, has been selected to become a member of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the relatively short time since its establishment in 2018, the TIAC has begun to attract significant attention from participants in international arbitration. The centre is developing as Uzbekistan\u2019s economy grows and foreign investment increases, especially in high-tech industries. Players from various jurisdictions, including the Netherlands, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Turkey and others, are now increasingly choosing TIAC as a forum for dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DIAC was established in 1994 and has grown to become the region\u2019s largest alternative dispute resolution centre. Since its inception, the centre has built up extensive expertise, administering nearly 5,000 cases of different value and complexity across various economic sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
