In 2013 he took over the Moscow office as Managing Partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igor Ostapets\u2019 experience includes advising on landmark M&amp;A transactions in the oil &amp; gas and energy industries, with a combined value of over $50 billion.
