Several Asari Legal partners participated in the forum\u2019s various sessions.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On 21 May<\/strong>, our Dispute Resolution partner <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asari.legal\/en\/team\/dmitriy-kaysin\/\">Dmitry Kaysin <\/a><\/strong>spoke at a session dedicated to <strong><em>Development of the Commercial Justice System under the Pressure of External Sanctions: Challenges and Prospects<\/em>. <\/strong>Judges of the Russian Supreme Court and Constitutional Court, representatives of the arbitration communities of Russia and Hong Kong, and academics, discussed the issues that Russian businesses encounter in seeking justice in economic disputes through commercial courts and arbitration, both in Russia and abroad.
