Asari Legal acted as General Partner and played an active role in the Forum\u2019s business programme.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On the first day, Asari Legal hosted an expert session titled <em>When Time Is Against You: Strategies for Managing Limitation Periods under English Law.<\/em> The discussion focused on practical approaches to managing limitation periods, including the differences between statutory and contractual time limits, the impact of the frustration and force majeure doctrines, and the implications of relevant notices (time bar \/ extinction clauses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session was moderated by <a href=\"https:\/\/asari.legal\/en\/team\/stanislav-karandasov\/\">Stanislav Karandasov<\/a>, partner in the Dispute Resolution practice.
