The current session addressed, among other topics, the establishment of a permanent tribunal for international investment disputes and an appellate mechanism, as well as proposals concerning the potential exclusive jurisdiction of this tribunal for investor-State dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session brought together delegates from over 70 States, including observer States, as well as representatives of international organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dmitry Kaysin <\/strong>commented:<br><em>\u201cI was honoured to receive the invitation and greatly valued the opportunity to contribute to the discussions during the 54th session.
