His expertise includes cross-border corporate structuring (UAE, Oman), development of banking infrastructure, support of commodity trading contracts, as well as regulatory compliance and dispute resolution in the UAE. Ivan is a graduate of the DIFC Academy (DIFC Laws Certificate Programme) and has deep expertise in the operation of free zones, particularly DIFC (Dubai) and ADGM (Abu Dhabi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asari.legal\/en\/team\/alexander-semeshin\/\">Alexander Semeshin <\/a><\/strong>focuses on comprehensive support for entry into the UAE market, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on the energy sector.
