Vasily Bakumenko<\/a><\/strong> has over nine years of experience in international arbitration, as well as Russian and cross-border litigation, including insolvency (bankruptcy) disputes. He has represented clients in ICC, SIAC, SCC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, SAC, and ICAC arbitrations, including disputes complicated by sanctions-related issues. Vasily ranks among the best lawyers for International Arbitration and Commercial Arbitration (Major Disputes \u2013 High Market).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vladislav Viryasov<\/a><\/strong> focuses on representing clients in cross-border court and arbitration proceedings. He also has extensive experience advising on strategies to challenge sanctions, other restrictive measures, and asset freezes, and conducting complex investigations. Vladislav has been ranked among the strongest practitioners in sanctions law by Pravo-300.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alen Martirosyan<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s experience spans cross-border disputes in state courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as Russian litigation (including commercial, corporate, construction, and real estate matters) and bankruptcy. Alen also advises on sanctions and strategies to unfreeze assets, and has experience conducting investigations.
