Asari Legal’s Corporate Practice team represented the sellers in the sale of the Meridian Group to Unifrost, one of Russia’s major importers and processors of fish and seafood.
We were involved at every stage of the deal, from drafting term sheets and binding transaction documents to participating in negotiations and supporting the execution and closing.
