In addition, as former head of legal at an Austrian oil trading company, Alexander has significant experience in corporate law, compliance and commercial issues arising in international business transactions.

Stanislav Karandasov is a partner in our Dispute Resolution practice. He specializes in international arbitration and litigation. Stanislav also has experience in advising clients on cross-border bankruptcy, sanctions, complex corporate disputes and protection of Russian investments in foreign assets.

Dmitry Kaysin

Dmitry Kaysin is a co-head of the Dispute Resolution practice. He specializes in international arbitration, international litigation and litigation in commercial courts of the Russian Federation. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). Dmitry is included in the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Center at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Dmitry is also an associate professor at the Faculty of Law, HSE University, and teaches International Investment Arbitration to master’s students.

Anastasia Konstantinova is a partner in our Dispute Resolution practice and heads the Sanctions practice. She specializes in sanctions compliance and international litigation.

Gayane Nadzharova is a partner in our Dispute Resolution practice and co-heads the Reputation Recovery practice. She specializes in international litigation and cross-border proceedings aimed at protecting honour, dignity and business reputation.
Gayane also has extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and labour law, developing comprehensive PR strategies, and interacting with the media.

Ivan Meleshenko

Ivan Meleshenko specializes in dispute resolution. He also heads our Forensics and Investigations practice. Ivan has extensive experience in developing comprehensive strategies for resolving corporate and commercial disputes, handling complex cross-border proceedings (including parallel litigation and arbitration in multiple jurisdictions), internal investigations, regulatory and law enforcement investigations, cross-border asset tracing and recovery. He also has significant experience in advising on Russian and international tax and customs matters.

Alexander Lazarev is a partner in our Dispute Resolution practice and co-heads the Reputation Recovery practice. He specializes in complex civil and commercial disputes.
Alexander has extensive experience in representing clients in legal proceedings in various jurisdictions, including defamation, commercial and corporate disputes, bankruptcy proceedings and cross-border enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards.
